We were asked to redesign HSBC.com to meet the needs of a modern corporate website.
Our goal was to create a destination that present the true human and diverse face of the business.
A clearer articulation of HSBC’s brand story was defined along with a more compelling point of view in order to differentiate HSBC in a crowded marketplace.
User Experience /
We conducted a comprehensive discovery phase including stakeholder interviews, heuristic analysis, analytics review, audience insights, emerging trends and technology review.
The navigation was made clear & functional supporting a flatter site structure and the visual brand was pushed for a modern editorial design approach.
Flexible templates was designed using a modular design system allowing for a truly modern mobile friendly design with enhanced tools and functionality.
HSBC’s social presence was also demonstrated reaching their various audiences in their feeds including advanced integration for job seekers.
